For over 95% of applications, including standard content playback, scheduling, and screen configuration, LEDSet Pro is the correct choice. It is our primary, all-in-one tool. LED Media Server is an advanced software designed for complex applications requiring multiple live video inputs, intricate pixel mapping, or integration with broadcast systems.
This issue is often caused by an incorrect “sending card to screen” connection sequence. First, double-check that your data cables (Ethernet) are connected correctly from the sending card to the first cabinet, and then daisy-chained in the right order. Second, ensure you have the correct screen resolution set in the software. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support team with photos of your screen and software settings.
Currently, our primary control software (LEDSet Pro and LED Media Server) is designed for the Windows operating system (Windows 10/11). For Mac users, we recommend using a virtualization software like Parallels or Boot Camp to run Windows. Our cloud-based management platform can be accessed from any web browser on any OS.
The correct file is determined by your product series, pixel pitch, and scan mode. You can find this information on the specification sticker on the back of your module. Match these details to the table above to find the correct file. If you are unsure, it is always best to contact our support team with a photo of your module’s sticker to get the exact file. Using the wrong file can cause damage to your screen.
