- Sample Cost: We typically charge a nominal fee for the sample itself, which is fully refundable upon your first bulk order.
- Shipping Cost: The international express shipping cost is borne by the client.
- Available Samples: We can provide standard LED Module Samples, small demo cabinets (e.g., a single 500×500 rental led panel), or even custom samples for large OEM/ODM projects.

Once your request is confirmed and payment for shipping is arranged, we typically ship standard samples within 3-5 business days for stock led module. International express shipping via DHL/FedEx usually takes an additional 5-7 business days to arrive at your location in North America or Europe
An LED Module Sample is a single panel (e.g., 250x250mm) without a frame. It is perfect for engineers who want to inspect the PCB, components, and basic pixel quality. A Demo Cabinet (e.g., a 500x500mm Rental LED Display Sample) is a fully functional, self-contained unit with a power supply and receiving card. It is better for evaluating the mechanical structure, locking systems, and overall visual performance as a finished product.
The sample is intended for evaluating the quality, engineering, and performance of our product line. Due to the nature of production, we cannot guarantee that a sample sent today will be from the exact same production batch as a bulk order placed months later. However, we do guarantee that all modules within your final bulk order will be from a single, consistent batch to ensure perfect uniformity.
Yes. As a direct manufacturer headquartered in Shenzhen, China, all our official samples are produced and quality-controlled in our main factory. When you request a sample from us, you are receiving a genuine factory-direct product that represents the same quality and engineering as our bulk production.
